Here is the story of Mighty Arm Ministries/Remnant Warrior Ministries co-founder, Russ G. Welch

 Dr. Russell Welch is a highly accomplished individual who holds a doctorate, has authored publications, and serves as a shepherd for a local congregation in Jacksonville, Florida. 

His educational attainment, literary contributions, and spiritual leadership demonstrate his dedication to intellectual pursuits, community engagement, and serving others. 

Dr. Welch's doctorate represents years of rigorous academic study and research. Earning a doctoral degree signifies a deep understanding of a particular field of knowledge, as well as the ability to conduct independent research and contribute original insights to the academic discourse. 

Dr. Welch's doctorate is a testament to his intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, and commitment to lifelong learning. In addition to his academic achievements, 

Dr. Welch is also a published author. His publications reflect his expertise in a particular area of knowledge and his ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Dr. Russ Welch currently resides in Jacksonville Florida with his wife, Emelie Welch, and serves as Senior Pastor of Highway to Heaven Church and Shepherd of Remnant Warrior Ministries.

Emelie (Millette) Reyes Plata was born in the Philippines, and raised in a Christian family. Upon graduating from High School she attended college and earned a B.A. in accounting. After graduation from college she moved to Hong Kong where she worked for an international missions organization for 13 years.

During her employment at the missions organization, she did missions work herself. As well during that time she served faithfully in a local Church, was involved in the worship team as well as a Sunday school teacher. 

Also during that time, she became acquainted with students from B.R.S.M, the ministry school birthed out of the Revival at the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola Florida. 

Hearing their passion she sought the Lord with her desire to attend the school. There was a mountain of obstacles for her to get over in order to attend the school. During her prayer time, the Lord told her that He was not going to take her over the mountain, rather He was going to make way through the mountain.

She was able to get support and in 2001, she arrived in Pensacola and enrolled in the school. During the mid-term of her second year, she met Russ, and after a courtship, they decided to get married after her graduation.

In June of 2003, they we married, and since that time Millette has served faithfully alongside her husband.

She graduated from B.R.S.M with a degree in missions and is still passionate about taking the gospel to the nations. She longs for the day when she can take groups on mission adventures furthering the Gospel message.

She is a gifted speaker, faithful wife, dedicated mother, and a passionate worshipper and intercessor.
