Who we are

Remnant Warrior Ministries is a Kingdom-centered, Spirit-governed ministry committed to awakening, equipping, and mobilizing the Remnant for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

Founded in 2005 as Mighty Arm Ministries by Pastor Russ and Emelie “Millette” Welch, this work was birthed through a vision to carry the Gospel to the lost and shine the light of total liberation to those bound in darkness. From the beginning, the mandate was clear: preach Christ, disciple believers, minister deliverance, heal the broken, and equip warriors for the King.

Over the years, the Lord opened doors into senior communities, hospitals, jails, homeless outreach, juvenile detention centers, and eventually into the nations through the Rushing Mighty Wind School of Ministry, with campuses in India and the Philippines. By 2016, nearly 4,000 students had graduated and been commissioned, helping plant more than 125 churches worldwide.

In 2021, the Lord began speaking with urgency about the Remnant and the seriousness of the hour. He revealed that between 2019 and 2021, a spiritual shift had moved the Church from the Age of Grace into the Age of the Kingdom. By mid-2022, Holy Spirit refocused our assignment: to train, awaken, and mobilize the Remnant. Out of that divine redirection, the name Remnant Warrior Ministries was confirmed, and the school was renamed the Remnant Warrior School of Spiritual Warfare to align with the new mantle.

Today, Remnant Warrior Ministries has grown into a multi-expression Kingdom work with one unified mission: to restore identity, equip believers for spiritual warfare, and raise up a holy, healed, Spirit-filled Remnant who walk under the government of Holy Spirit.

As part of this assignment, Highway to Heaven Church now serves as the local Ecclesia congregation connected to Remnant Warrior Ministries. It is not merely a weekly gathering; it is a Kingdom altar, a house of worship, a place of healing, a center of discipleship, and a training ground for believers who desire to walk in truth, freedom, and spiritual maturity.

Highway to Heaven Church exists to help restore the New Testament pattern of the Ecclesia — a Spirit-led people gathered around the presence of Jesus, governed by the Word of God, filled with Holy Spirit, and equipped to impact families, neighborhoods, cities, and regions.

Here, the broken are restored, the hungry are fed, the wounded are healed, the oppressed are set free, and believers are trained to live as sons and daughters of the Kingdom. We believe the local congregation must be more than a religious service. It must be a dwelling place for the presence of God, a place where the Word is preached with fire, worship opens the atmosphere, prayer shakes the unseen realm, and disciples are formed for Kingdom assignment.

Remnant Warrior Ministries is also home to Kingdom War College, a free online ministry school designed to equip believers in spiritual warfare, deliverance, Kingdom authority, prayer, prophetic discernment, discipleship, identity, and Holy Spirit-governed living.

Kingdom War College was birthed from the conviction that the Body of Christ must be trained, not entertained. This is not the hour for passive Christianity, powerless religion, or believers who remain unequipped in the face of darkness. This is the hour for the Remnant to arise, be formed, be healed, be trained, and be sent.

Through Kingdom War College, students receive life-transforming training modules, biblical instruction, spiritual activation, and practical equipping for the battles of this generation. These courses are offered at no cost because we believe what has been freely received from the Lord must be freely poured into His people.

Our burden is to raise up believers who can pray with authority, discern the times, break strongholds, walk in deliverance, minister healing, confront deception, and carry the evidence of Heaven into the earth.

In addition to our local Ecclesia and online training school, we continue to carry Heaven’s mandate to restore Spirit-led fellowship, apostolic partnership, and Kingdom discipleship across regions and nations. We believe the Lord is calling the scattered Remnant into alignment — not around celebrity ministry, institutional control, or religious performance, but around Jesus Christ, His Kingdom, His Word, and the government of Holy Spirit.

Since 2015, we have witnessed an increase of signs, wonders, miracles, deliverance, and healing as the Lord confirms His Word with power. We reject the culture of celebrity Christianity and embrace apostolic partnership, calling the Body of Christ to unity under the Lordship of Jesus, the authority of Scripture, and the mission of the Kingdom.

We believe the scattered Remnant must be spiritually fused by love, truth, holiness, and obedience so the Bride may shine brightly in these last days.

As we continue into this Kingdom era, Remnant Warrior Ministries stands as a training ground for mountain-moving disciples — a company of warriors enforcing Christ’s victory at Calvary and advancing His Kingdom with courage, purity, humility, compassion, and power.

Our mission is clear:

To awaken the Remnant.
To restore Kingdom identity.
To equip believers for spiritual warfare.
To raise up disciples under the government of Holy Spirit.
To build a local Ecclesia where the presence of God dwells.
To train warriors through Kingdom War College.
To release the sound of awakening across this generation.

This is not the hour to retreat.

This is the hour to arise, stand, and advance the Kingdom of God.
