Remnant Warrior Ministries

Discipling Mountain-Moving Warriors for the King

Founded in 2005 as Mighty Arm Ministries by Pastor Russ and Millette Welch, this work was birthed through a vision to carry the Gospel to the lost and shine the light of total liberation to those bound in darkness. The Lord opened doors into senior communities, hospitals, jails, homeless outreach, juvenile detention centers, and later into the nations through the Rushing Mighty Wind School of Ministry, with campuses in India and the Philippines. By 2016, nearly 4,000 students had graduated and been commissioned, planting more than 125 churches worldwide.

In 2021, the Lord began speaking about the Remnant and the urgency of the hour, revealing that between 2019 and 2021, a spiritual shift moved the Church from the Age of Grace into the Age of the Kingdom. By mid-2022, Holy Spirit refocused our assignment — to train and mobilize the Remnant — and confirmed the name Remnant Warrior Ministries. The school was also renamed the Remnant Warrior School of Spiritual Warfare to align with this new mantle.

In addition to this new name, we are also walking out Heaven’s mandate to grow a network of home fellowships, restoring the first-century Church model that captivated the known world, establishing over 400,000 churches before the pagan emperor Constantine placed the Church under the rule of the spirit of religion.

Since 2015, we have witnessed an increase of signs, wonders, and miracles as the Lord confirms His Word with power. In this Kingdom era, we reject the culture of celebrity ministry and embrace apostolic partnership — uniting the Body across doctrinal and denominational lines under one banner: the teaching of Jesus Christ. The scattered Remnant must be spiritually fused by His love so that the Bride shines in these last days.

Looking ahead, we carry the vision for New Creation Ranch — a Kingdom discipleship community on 25–100 acres, where men and women coming out of addiction, prison, and brokenness will be discipled for three years, equipped for ministry, and trained in trades to carry the culture of Heaven wherever they are sent. This vision includes outreach to “the least of these,” healing and deliverance ministry, and dedicated service to our veterans. One of our mandates is to partner with ministries and businesses to combat veteran homelessness through sustainable Kingdom communities.

As we launch into this new era, Remnant Warrior Ministries stands as a training ground for mountain-moving disciples — a company of warriors enforcing Christ’s victory at Calvary and advancing His Kingdom with courage, purity, and power.
